2025 EDC Mentoring Program
Who are our mentors?
Our ASE Mentors are experienced JCI Senators who have completed a mentoring program that is accredited by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). The Mentors are here to share their expertise, offer guidance, and support the next generation of leaders with dedication and a genuine desire to encourage them succeed in JCI and beyond.

Why Join the Mentoring Program?
Our program is designed to:
š§ Enhance Organizational Development: Develop skills in recruitment, leadership, project management, and more.
š¤ Build Connections: Engage in one-on-one or group mentoring tailored to your needs.
š Learn from Experts: Collaborate with experienced mentors trained to help you succeed.
š Achieve Sustainable Growth: Gain insights and tools to strengthen your organizationās structure and impact.
How it Works:
Applications:
Submit your application as a mentee team (2ā5 members) between December 9, 2024, and January 12, 2025.
Matching Meetings:
Attend online sessions from January 12 to 31, 2025, where youāll connect with potential mentors and find the best fit for your team.
Mentoring Period:
Ā – February to May 2025:
Structured mentoring sessions with your mentor,
focusing on your teamās goals.
– During the European Conference:
Meet in person your mentor
– June to October 2025:
Continue the mentoring journey, implementing mid-year learnings.
Evaluation & Results:
Feedback will be collected in October 2025, and program results will be presented at the World Congress (November 2025).
Who Can Apply?
- 2025 Board Members apply as a Groups of 2ā5 local, regional or national leaders who are ready to drive growth and learn collaboratively.

What’s expected?
From Mentees:
- Be proactive in defining your goals and scheduling meetings.
- Actively participate in discussions and implement strategies with your mentorās guidance.
From Mentors:
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Encourage reflection and guide teams toward sustainable solutions.

- Complete the application form before January 12, 2025.
- Confirm your participation in the online matching meetings via email.

FAQ
Do all team members need to attend every mentoring session?
No. While all team members are encouraged to participate, at least one member must attend each session.
What languages are available for mentoring?
The program is primarily in English, but mentoring in other languages (French, German, Turkish, etc.) may be available depending on your mentorās skills.
Is the program free?
Yes, the program is free for selected participants as part of the JCI EDCās commitment to supporting JCI growth.
