EDC Participation Grant

JCI Europe Grants are designed to support local and national JCI projects by offering financial assistance. Whether you need funding for events, training, or community initiatives, we’re here to help you grow and make a positive impact.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, your project must be aligned with JCI’s mission and meet the following requirements:

  • Active JCI member or chapter
  • Clear project objectives and outcomes
  • Committed team for project delivery

 

Further Information:

  • Deadline for application for EDC participation grant is a minimum 14 days prior to event/start of project/programme.
  • All grant applications are to be made online.
  • Decision will be made at the next monthly EDC Board Meeting.
  • Follow up: No later than one month after the World Congress of that year, the granted country has to send an online report to the European Development Council.

EDC Participation Grant

  • Amount? Up to €1.500
  • What does it cover? Early Bird Registration and Travel
  • Budget Percent? Max 100%
  • What events? European Presidents Meeting and European Conference (also World Conference in case of affiliation seeking) 
  • Paid to whom? National President, Deputy National President or Chief Delegate to attend the event
  • When is it paid? After the event

Regional Growth and Development Academy Grant

Apply by March the 2nd , for the first round of grants. If funds remain, a second round will open. All applications must be submitted online. Grant decisions will be made during the next EDC Board Meeting.

Follow-up: By November 16th, 2025, the selected country must submit an online report to the European Development Council.

Are you ready to create a cross-border impact? The JCI Europe Regional Growth Academy Grant supports JCI National Organizations in hosting transformative Regional Growth and Development Academies with participants from multiple countries.

It is mandatory to have at least 3 national organizations participating and a minimum of 30 participants, for your application for grants to be considered.

 

 

Grant Guidelines

Regional Growth and Development Academy Grant

Receive up to €1500 in financial support for hosting the academy, covering expenses like venue rental and trainer travel/accommodation. Additional costs can be covered through partnerships and registration fees.

Trainer Support: We’ll help connect you with experts to deliver the academy’s content.

Design Support: We’ll assist in creating the academy’s structure, including training types and activity flows.
