The Sustainable Growth & Knowledge Solutions Councilor is a pivotal role focused on driving organizational growth, enhancing resilience, and creating impactful programs for knowledge-sharing across our National and Local Chapters in Europe.

The Talent Development & Upskilling Councilor is responsible for designing and delivering the structure for regional development academies, workshops on sustainable recruitment and retention, design thinking sessions, and other tailored sessions. The Councilor will work to ensure that national organizations in Europe have access to resources that elevate their skills and contribute to the organization’s growth.

The Events & Development Pathways Councilor contributes to curating impactful sesions for the JCI area events, developing flagship event guidelines for local organizations, and promoting pathways for member growth and leadership development.

The New Local Organization Councilor is a newly created role dedicated to supporting the establishment and growth of new Local Organizations within the JCI Europe countries.

The Outreach and Engagement Councilor is responsible for raising brand awareness and driving engagement with JCI’s growth and development initiatives with the support of the entire team Europe.
