Who are our trainers?
Our Trainers are experienced JCI members, current or former Officers with a vast experience in JCI.
The Trainers are here to share their expertise, offer guidance, and support the next generation of leaders with dedication and a genuine desire to encourage them succeed in JCI and beyond.

Our program is offering:
Structured Curriculum: Our academy features a carefully curated curriculum, organized into progressive modules and digestible lessons.
Flexible Attendance: As an online platform, the academy offers the flexibility for members to participate from anywhere in Europe. This accessibility ensures that every member, regardless of their location, can participate, learn and grow.
Practical learning: Members can track their progress, by concluding their homework after each module is complete. This will provide a clear overview of their achievements and will help them stay motivated on their path to leadership readiness.
Skill Development: Beyond theoretical knowledge, the academy focuses on practical skill development, preparing members to confidently tackle the challenges and responsibilities.
Community Building: The academy will serve as a central hub for learning, fostering a shared commitment to growth among all members aspiring to leadership.
Program Format:
Online opening session – get to know each other to build team spirit.
Core Modules – 6 comprehensive modules focusing on critical aspects for every Local Organization.
Learning Structure: Online sessions ( Up to 2 hours) (2 sessions/week, Monday and Thursday, between 15th September – 6th October) complemented by homework after each session.
Concluding Session: The final session will be the highlight of the Academy, where each participant/team will present their Plan of Action for their Local Organization, in the presence of all the Trainers.
Between Modules: The participants can ask for direct feedback from the trainers or from the team, to help them finalize their homework.
Graduation: All participants who attend at least 4 sessions and present the Plan of Action will graduate the Academy. The participants that miss 2 or more sessions and don’t present the final project, will not be considered for graduation.

Who Can Apply?

The JCI Europe Online G&D Academy is dedicated to members from the Local Boards and members who want to be part of the local/national board.

Main audience: Elected Local Officers and Candidates for Local Boards.
What’s expected?
From Participants:
- Attend at least 4 sessions and present the Plan of Action.
- Be proactive in defining your goals for the next year.
- Actively participate in discussions and complete your homework after each session.
From Trainers:
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Encourage reflection and guide participants toward sustainable solutions.
How to Apply?
- Complete the application form before August 31, 2025.

Do I need to attend every session?
You must attend at least 4 sessions as part of the graduation process.
What if I don't present a Plan of Action?
The Plan of Action is part of the Graduation Process. So, you need to present one if you want to be considered for the Graduation of the Academy.
Is the program free?
Yes, the program is free as this is a pilot edition, and there will be no cost involved for the participants this year.
